Manager Creates and Invites Team
Once you select a plan, company managers can easily invite employees to join the TrackMySquad workspace via email invitations. Employees simply accept the invite to become part of the team and start tracking their work seamlessly.

Employees Install the Desktop App
Employees download and install the lightweight TrackMySquad desktop application on their computers. After logging in, they select the current project or task they’re working on and hit the Start button to begin tracking. The app works smoothly even when offline—data automatically syncs once the internet connection is restored.

Automatic Time Tracking and Screenshot Capture
TrackMySquad automatically tracks the time employees spend on tasks without requiring manual inputs. It also captures screenshots at regular, random intervals to provide visual proof of work progress. The app respects employee privacy — no hidden monitoring or stealth mode is used. Employees are always aware when tracking is active.

Intelligent Activity Monitoring
The application detects user activity and pauses tracking during idle times to ensure accurate work logs. If enabled, the autostart feature allows the app to start tracking as soon as employees begin using their computers, ideal for full-time monitoring in office environments.

Detailed Employee Timelines and Reports
TrackMySquad provides detailed timelines showing how much time and money was spent on each project or task. The timeline also includes employee activity levels, applications used, and websites visited, offering a complete overview of daily work patterns. Employees can review their own data and even add offline time manually if needed.

Easy Report Generation and Export
Generate comprehensive reports that summarize time spent, productivity, and costs by employee, project, or date range. Reports can be grouped by day, week, or month and downloaded in Excel format for further analysis or invoicing. Both managers and employees have access to these reports, making billing and payroll processes more transparent.
