Our desktop client measures active keyboard keystrokes and mouse movements inside 10-minute snapshot blocks. It calculates an active focus percentage based on these physical inputs, cleanly separating focused work from idle times.
Does the app log sensitive password keys?
No! For absolute privacy and data security, TrackMySquad never logs the actual keys typed. It strictly and only counts the total number of keystrokes/clicks to measure active telemetry without ever capturing any private data.
Can employees edit their work hours?
To prevent timesheet fraud, employees cannot manually edit tracked hours. However, Admins can enable offline-time requests so employees can manually request logging for client calls or out-of-office tasks.
How long is the data stored on the server?
Depending on your active company account's subscription plan, historical activity logs, work diaries, and paid billing history invoices are stored safely and securely on our encrypted servers for up to 5 years.
